This level is taught by an experienced teacher and the focus is on communicative English. Students who enter this class would be expected to have minimal English. The focus is on speaking and listening and drilling simple grammar structures of language at this level. Once the student has gained competency then the teacher introduces the written word. This method of teaching is used throughout this level. We work at quickly helping the student feel confident to communicate at this level.
